I’ve always received extreme satisfaction not only from knowing I delivered the best possible experience for my guest—but I helped them find a place of retreat, transporting them to a destination of calm and peace…where they feel as light as a feather.

This became my inspiration—my professional motto, my profound commitment: to make sure that every guest leaves my service feeling as light as a feather. At the time, I didn’t realize this motto would grow from being just a dream but would eventually become so very much more.

Over the years, I began to notice an unusual phenomenon: white feathers appearing on the ground around the spa and other random places. When I was least expecting, I would catch one in my peripheral line of sight: swirling in a corner of a store, drifting across the shoreline at the lake, floating gently in the air…here, there, anywhere, more and more often.

Intuitively, I knew that these white feathers were no accident. They were signs from God. My faith strengthened, I wanted to give life to the deep longing I had held my entire career, my desire to make a real difference in the lives of my guests. And my dream to create a wellness spa like no other was born.

Though I have known many spas in my career, none has gifted guests with the magical experience that lived in my imagination. I knew that God was signaling that my dream for this very special spa was ready to come to fruition. I’d be able to serve and bless my guests as I had always wished.”

• Service Experience: At the scheduled time, your Spa Professional will escort you to your service destination. After each service, unwind in the relaxation lounge until your next service or when you’re ready to redress.
